Dolph Microwave supplies quality waveguide assemblies, like waveguide clamps ranging from WR28 to WR187. These durable, light-weight clamps allow for the easy mounting of waveguide to most any assembly, with the use of minimal hardware. Composition of Waveguide Assemblies

  • Waveguide Standoff/Hangers: The Standoffs are made of durable plastic and come complete with hardware kits so that they are ready for installation.

  • Clamp/Hangers: Hanging clips suspend the conductor bar from a flange or web support and allow the conductor bar to slide back and forth to accommodate thermal expansion.

  • Flange Gasket & Hardware Kits: Flange gaskets are used to create a static seal between two flange faces under different operating conditions and at different pressure and temperature ratings.

  • Waveguide Shims and Spacers: Placed between the flanges to reduce gas leakage that affects the air pressure inside the waveguide.
